GENERAL INFORMATION
LOCATION: The sale will be held at NWA J36 Auc on Centre, Crooklands, Cumbria, LA7 7FP.
TIMETABLE OF EVENTS:
Thursday 15th May Arrival of Stock from 8am
Sale Approx. 12noon
CONDITIONS OF SALE: The sale will be held subject to the rules and regula ons of the Livestock Auc oneers Associa on General Condi on of Sale.
All bulls entered for the sale, must be adequately trained to lead by halter and must be able to be paraded.
METHOD OF SALE: All ca le will be sold in guineas (105 pence) and strictly in catalogue order, unless any altera on is announced by the Auc oneers.
COMMISSIONS: The Auc oneers will du fully execute commissions to purchase for buyers unable to a end the sale personally.
PEDIGREE TRANSFERS: All transfers of pedigree will be the responsibility of the purchasers.
SETTLEMENT AND CLEARANCE OF STOCK: Se lement in full is due immediately at the close of sale. No animal may leave the Sale Premises without an official‘Pass Out’, obtainable only from the Auc oneers upon se lement.
RESERVE PRICES: Vendors shall have the right to accept the final bid for their animals.
