NWA Two Day Grass Day J36 Rural Auction Centre Today we had a catalogue entry of 824 Store Cattle at our Annual Grass Show and Sale. Long keeping and good grazing Cattle were the dearest trade today, selling to a good ringside of buyers. Stronger cattle were still a nice trade, considering the Prime Cattle prices. Top price was £1210 for a Limousin Bullock from AE Atkinson & Son, Stubb Farm bought by David Barker.

Lancaster Auction Mart The Annual Grass Day sale had a catalogued entry of 338 Store Cattle forward. The pre-sale show was judged by John Bargh, Heaton with Oxcliffe. Taking the Championship Rosette was a smart pair of 12month old Limousin Bullocks from A & P Hodgkinson, Stalmine, which later went on to sell for £1080, to John Crapper of Barnsley.
