SALE CONDITIONS Sale Conditions Stock will be sold under the conditions of sale displayed in the mart, recommended by the Livestock Auctioneers’ Association for England and Wales. Purchasers please bring the CPH number, address & postcode of the premises where the animals will be moved to and the registration number of the vehicle in which they are to be transported. These are all required when printing the movement licences. The Auctioneers & Fieldsmen will be pleased to assist in arranging transport for livestock. ------------------------------------HEALTH & SAFETY It is reminded to all customers that Livestock should not be unloaded without the assistance of a member of staff. Children are not allowed in the sale ring at any time. Please inform a member of staff before unloading if your livestock could be dangerous. ------------------------------------NOTICE TO PURCHASERS Business Trading Terms and Settlement of Purchases PAYMENT DUE ON DAY OF PURCHASE All purchases must be settled on the day of purchase and prior to the clearance of any stock.
