12.5% Commission or a minimum of £2 per lot will be charged on all lots sold.

Upset Price - there will be an Upset Price of £8 on each lot.

The VAT status of lots (equipment, arks & accessories etc.) will be announced by the Auctioneer at the time of sale. VAT at the standard rate will be charged where applicable. On the absence of any specific instructions on VAT status, VAT will be charged.

All birds must be cleared from the market by 2.00pm on the day of sale.

All purchasers must obtain a receipted ‘Pass Out’ obtainable from the main office upon settlement of their account. The pass will have to be presented to the NWA staff at time of collection.
