Some existing units on the estate will be refurbished and landscaping and improved biodiversity will take place to make the campus an ideal environment for businesses and organisations - of all shapes and sizesto move to the site and work collaboratively.

There are opportunities for business, industries, organisations and academic institutions across a range of diverse sectors - to get involved and move onto the iEC to collaborate and grow.

Expressions of interest are now invited from industry, business, R&D organisations and academia.

The Details

Included in the Enterprising Town plan for the iSH Enterprise Campus at Leconfield, Cleator Moor, Cumbria is:

The creation of a new 4,000sq metre iSH Enterprise Campus Hub.

Refurbishment of existing units

Extensive landscaping to increase biodiversity on-site by 10 per cent

Improved public areas

The creation of new cycle and footpaths to connect the site with wider areas of Cleator Moor.
