Readers In our first edition of our signature publication, we thought it would be important to provide a brief introduction of our company, our vision, and why that is important to you as our clients.

Although it may sound strange, we should first start by asking the question: What is a real estate brokerage and what are the responsibilities of your agent? Many may quickly answer that is our job to help you buy or sell a property, and of course, this would be partially correct. In fact, this is probably the easiest part of our job.

However, it is the remainder of our job that should be the focus of our clients, which is to understand the added value that your broker and agent should provide in a real estate transaction.

In a market that lacks both a true MLS and real estate licensing, we believe that the most important value that we will add to your transaction is education, knowledge, advising, skill, honesty and trust in order to help you to make your decision. Our firm was founded and is operated under the brokerage of the two of us, Scott and Todd Cutter, brothers from Birmingham, Alabama, and studied in Boulder, Colorado.

Dominical is located in the Central/Southern Pacific Coast, approx a 3 hour drive from San Jose and a 30 minute drive from Quepos/Manuel Antonio.
