Our hotel is a Hilton dual brand concept with a Hilton Garden Inn combined with a Homewood Suites by Hilton. As a result, you will find shared amenities not typical of a Hilton property such as a putting green, courtyard terrace and grilling area. We hope you have time to unwind a bit and that you consider our hotel your home away from home. Below are just a few helpful tips to help you further relax during your stay:

DD 175/1801 (Flight Plan): All civilian and military flights leaving Barksdale AFB MUST complete this form and turn it into Base Ops located in the front of Hoban Hall. If you have questions on how to fill this out, please see the Base Ops representative for assistance.

Lodging: You will receive lodging information upon check-in at Hoban Hall. You will need to check-out at your lodging facility upon departure.

Vehicles: If you have a reserved vehicle, you will receive the keys during the check-in process.

Parking: Please display your performer parking pass on the driver side of the vehicle. Reference the parking map for performer parking details.

Food:

Friday

• After you in-process at 1100, you can leave the base to get lunch, if you desire. You will also have access on base dining option, please see the On Base Dining sheet located in this packet. Please be back for the performer briefing at 1300!

• During the Twilight show, when not performing you will have access to the DV hanger which will be catered with food & drinks.

Saturday/Sunday

• There will be breakfast food & coffee at the performer briefing.

• Throughout the Saturday show, when not performing you will have access to Hoban Hall for lunch which will be catered with food & drinks.

Performer Briefings: The mandatory Aerial Performers Safety Briefing schedule is as follows: *Not applicable to static participants.

There is a performer’s party “Guns and Bugs” at the Red Chute Shotgun Range (see handout for directions). Time is 1800 to 2100. This will be catered with Cajun cuisine and drinks. We will have skeet to shoot as well! Hope to see you there!
