A unique 10-story residential & commercial mixed-use buildin on the corner o Halsted & Division Streets near the North Branch o Chica o River and Goose Island. The desi n competition project is an award-winnin entry to the 2022 U.S.D.O.E. Solar Decathlon.

A sel -sufficient residential and commercial mixed-use o 10 stories, TreeHouse prides itsel on the use o mass-timber structural ramin and brick-like terracotta claddin . The first two levels eatures over 110,000 sq t o rocery market, child care acilities, local shops, ood court, education centers, recreation spaces, and clinics, and the upper ei ht levels include 160 units with easy access to our multi-level communal areas.

Located on the central recreation plaza o a master-planned community between the Ryan Field stadium and Evanston Hospital in Evanston, IL, the Museum o Sustainability and its Technolo ies is a our-story above rade, two-story below rade mass-timber and LEED Gold rated buildin that exemplifies the principles o sustainability throu hout its desi n. The 2 levels o ood court on the south hal o the buildin serve as a central eatery hub or residents o the new development and visitors, and the 4 levels o museum eatures themed exhibits and alleries.

A sustainable and marketable net-zero ener y home located in the Lake View nei hborhood near Downtown Chica o, NuHome by en iNUity is a prototype o what the traditional three-flat homes o Chica o could look like. Located on a typical 25’ x 125’ lot, the home eatures a flexible Accessory Dwellin Unit in the 1st floor, a pioneer in Chica o’s residential architecture. With a south-slopin roo , interior moss wall, and concentrated plumbin core, the home is both water and ener y efficient with plenty savin s.

Located in Brandon, Manitoba, this project encompasses 340 acres o vacant land recently annexed into the city to provide a linka e rom the suburbs to the main portions o the city. The eastern industrial zone, near a railroad branch, includes an a ricultural exhibit hall and a plaza near Assiniboine River.

Qin dao Mineral Garden

A proposed alternative plan or a Qin dao Southtown residential development, this 13.95 acre site eatures 390 units includin lowrise apartments and sin le amily homes within viewin distance o Taipin Bay ½ miles south rom it.
