A net-zero energy home located in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood, NuHome by engiNUity reimagines the traditional three-flat residence with a new standard of sustainability. Located on the typical 25’ x 125’ lot, the home features a flexible Accessory Dwelling Unit in the 1st floor, a pioneer in Chicago’s residential design. With a south-sloping roof, interior moss wall, and common plumbing core, the home is both water and electricity efficient with plenty of savings for generations to enjoy

Collaborative project as the Architecture Technical Design Lead with teammates J. Ibarra, B. G. Maria, and T. de Siqueira Neto. Located on the central recreation plaza of a new master-planned community between the Ryan Field stadium and Evanston Hospital in Evanston, IL, the Museum of Sustainability and its Technologies is a four-story above grade, two-story below grade mass-timber and LEED Gold rated building that exemplifies the principles of sustainability throughout its design. The two levels of food court on the southern half of the building serve as a central eatery hub for residents of the new development and visitors, and the four levels of museum features tech-themed exhibits and galleries.

TREEHOUSE BY ENGINUITY Net-positive affordable housing 3rd Place in Multifamily Building August 2021 — April 2022 Cabrini Green, Chicago, IL Advisor: D. Corr & N. Reindel Collaborative design as Lead Architectural Designer with primary teammates including R. Szymczyk, O. Leonardis, S. Ganti-Agrawal A unique 10-story residential & commercial mixed-use building on a riverfront lot near Downtown Chicago, TreeHouse prides itself on using of mass-timber structural framing and brick terracotta cladding. Featuring a variety of community amenities, the design provides 160 affordable residential units on the former sites of many displaced families.

2200 CALLE DE LUNA 600-unit residential high-rise tower Comprised of three 15-story steel-and-concrete towers and a 3-story leasing building, 2200 Calle de Luna is one of many residential buildings in the Tasman East transit-oriented development. The project features a lower-level residential amenity space that connects to the park as well as a roof lounge.

CALIFORNIA THEATER TOWER 18-story student apartment for U. C. Berkeley

Located just a block away from campus, this 210-unit housing sits above the iconic, 110-year-old California Theater. The marquee and the historic facade is to be preserved, with three levels of residential amenities on the top floors.
