AspertheSPTconditionsoutlinedinFramework1,thefirstTargetDatewhereperformancewouldbeassessed againsttheSPTsisrequiredwithin12monthspostthedeploymentofthecapitalraisedthroughtheissuanceof theAGRB1Sukuk(“Performance Target 1A”)
IntermsofPerformanceTarget1A,30%oftheportfolio(Randvalue)wasrequiredtobedeployedinqualifying underlying transactions in the agriculture sector value chainand certified with an independent sustainability advisor.
Asat28February2025,AgrariushasexceededPerformanceTarget1A,with88%oftheportfoliohavingbeen deployedinqualifyingtransactions,asdetailedbelow:

However, as the relevant deployment and certification data is compiled and verified on a monthly basis, the results reflected in the table are as at 28 February 2025. For reference, the certified percentage as at 31 January 2025 stood at 89%.
