Passport Services Available at the Main Library

The Palm Beach County Library System is an official Passport Acceptance Facility for the U.S. Department of State. The service is by appointment only.

Before scheduling an appointment, customers are encouraged to visit the U.S. Department of State website for information and instructions prior to their appointment.

Should you have any questions about your appointment or the passport process, please call the Palm Beach County Main Library Passport Acceptance Facility (561-233-2788) voicemail. A passport application acceptance agent will respond within 24 hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
