Parent and Student Support
We have a dedicated Customer Experience team whose sole responsibility is students' success in digital learning. The team assists the parents with administrative queries, connect the parents to the teachers, and practically does all the heavy lifting internally to provide a seamless experience to the parents and the students. To ensure that the student can have a smooth onboarding experience and continued support throughout the year, we have technical experts who are available over the phone, Whatsapp, and Email support. And most importantly, to cater to the holistic development of the students, we have counselors who support the students based on requests from parents or teachers (post consent from the parent).
Here are some new initiatives for this year that we are excited to share with you -

• We have merged the multiple contact points into a single team - The Support Team.
• We now have a dedicated student success advisor for every parent
• We have trained and provided each student success advisor with the right information so that they can support you right. We value your time and it’s not right to issues go in circles.
• To ensure greater assurance, we are introducing a simplified Escalation matrix so that you can reach the right persons if you are unhappy with the resolution provided.
