Peter Campbell

Peter is the Director of Marketing for Nucor Corporation. He started his career with Nucor in 2005 as the sales manager for Nucor’s sheet steel mill in Crawfordsville, IN. In 2016, he moved to Charlotte as the Manager, Marketing and Commercial Digitalization to help support Nucor’s digital strategy from a commercial perspective. And in 2021 was appointed to his current role, leading Nucor enterprise marketing work.
Starting his steel industry career in Australia with Bluescope Steel, Peter worked in a variety of roles with that company, including research, venture capital, marketing, sales management, and business development in Australia, Asia and the US. Originally from Sydney, Nova Scotia, he holds a PhD from the University of British Columbia as well as Masters and Bachelors degrees from the Technical University of Nova Scotia, all in metallurgical engineering.
Matt Foster
Matt joined TD SYNNEX in August 2022 as Global Sustainability Manager. He has prior experience in airmonitoring/sampling at sites in NY, NJ and PR & USVI and over ten years sustainability experience with Con Edison in New York City.
Matt’s key activities at TD SYNNEX include enhancing sustainability data collection, reporting and processes. Peter also works with vendors and customers on sustainability projects in support of carbon footprint reduction.

Matt resides in Charleston, South Carolina.
Caroline James
Caroline is a sustainability professional who is hellbent on pursuing a circular economy. She admits to being a child who was obsessed with trash after seeing a video in her fourth-grade science class about landfills. She became fascinated by the idea and inefficiency of waste, and also quickly became concerned with the threat of climate change on the world’s most vulnerable people and ecosystems.
