Our conversion process gives you the ability to either move forward with a full conversion immediately or accelerate your conversion journey. Our three-stage approach includes:

EdenReady – tailor your journey to suit you Plan and prepare for your journey by conducting a pre-conversion readiness assessment. This conversion evaluation will provide you with an indicative sizing of the project and give you an understanding of what’s required, tailored for your specific system – allowing you to take steps to reduce any complexities.

Price starts from £5,000 Timescale: 2–4 weeks

Optional extra to EdenReady: Take S/4HANA for a one-month test drive. Familiarise yourself with a working system, hosted on Azure, and develop a thorough understanding of the system before you convert.

EdenGo – get proof of concept first Validate your technical conversion, familiarise yourself with the S/4HANA system using your own data and sample the Fiori experience in a sandbox environment.

EdenAccelerate – your full conversion to S/4HANA Convert your productive landscape. With the data in your system converted and S/4HANA fully operational, you will have laid the foundations for the Intelligent Enterprise. We will also introduce you to the Fiori experience and allow you to innovate at your own pace.

EdenReady can be carried out in isolation, with no obligation to proceed further. If you subsequently move forward with either EdenGo and/or EdenAccelerate, you will not be asked to repeat the EdenReady prerequisite conversion readiness assessment (unless required to reflect any changes based on the latest S/4HANA release or your landscape).

Existing ECC functionality in use within compatibility pack scope will be retained where applicable; any process change to non-mandatory replacement functionality will be additional.

Only standard best practice front-end roles required to support initial scope of Fiori apps; front-end server deployment will be embedded gateway as per SAP best-practice architectural recommendations.

Existing integrations will be left unchanged, with customer responsibility for testing; any mandatory remedial action to function correctly or to change to different integration methods will be additional.

Prerequisites include: ECC version – EHP 6.0 minimum; Unicode conversion; ATC & UPL / SCMON set to collate data (minimum 3 months); and EdenReady conversion readiness evaluation.
