BID BILLING LEAFLET
2019–2020
Dear Levy Payer,
Welcome to an overview of our achievements in 2019–20 and our plans for 2020–21. As the Chair of the Make It Ealing Board, I am pleased to bring you an overview of 2019 and our plans for the coming year. The board, consisting of representatives from commercial, retail and service businesses, volunteer their time to ensure that the BID is delivering on the promises of the 2016-2021 business plan. We are proud of our achievements thus far; and the positive feedback we are receiving. Whilst maintaining our existing initiatives, we are always looking for more ways to work with our businesses to expand and increase visitor engagement across the B2B and B2C sectors. Our website is going from strength to strength; with our What’s On, Jobs, and Directory currently our most visited pages. In line with current trends, we are increasing our social media presence to ensure maximum exposure for our businesses – and we’re pleased to have seen a significant increase in our audience. As part of our increased engagement in the public realm, we are cultivating initiatives that increase civic pride such as street enhancement and standout decorative installations. Our newsletter’s circulation is expanding, both digitally and in print. We have been

On behalf of my fellow directors, Gerry and her team look forward to continuing to work with you over the coming year. If you want to get more involved, please get in touch with the Make It Ealing team.
