For those wanting to add the personal touch to their seasonal gifts and decorations, Basingstoke’s Discovery Centre is putting on a host of festive workshops. The town will also be filled with pop up shops like The Amazing Chocolate Workshop and All Our Own Crafts, where you will discover unusual gifts. Late Night Shopping starts at the beginning of December at Festival Place and The Malls, with parking after 6pm from £1 and all day on Sunday for £1*. Why not hop on Basingstoke’s Park and Ride, with prices starting at £2.30 for all day parking, seven days a week.
Reward yourself with a drink or bite to eat at a fantastic selection of cafés, pubs and restaurants. Enjoy some Festive Theatre with Basingstoke’s acclaimed Anvil staging a magical production of Sleeping Beauty, whilst the Haymarket and Proteus Creation Space are providing an array of Festive shows for all the family.
