THE ANNUAL MEETING
The Annual Meeting of The Tuxedo Club will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at The Main Club in accordance with the Club's by-laws At the meeting, the Treasurer and other Committee Chairpersons will report on the financial and general condition of the Club and will respond to any questions from the membership. All members are welcome and encouraged to attend the Annual Meeting
ELECTION OF GOVERNORS
The Annual Meeting's agenda will include the election of four Governors, as nominated by the Nominating Committee and approved by the Board of Governors Governors are elected to four-year terms and cannot serve more than two consecutive full terms of office Any voting member (Regular, Senior Regular, Life Regular and House, Senior House, Life House category) unable to attend the Annual Meeting may complete the digital proxy, which will be distributed via email on May 28, 2026, and deliver it to the Club by Wednesday, June 10, 2026, whereby their vote will be cast by appointed Tellers Married couples are treated as one Member for purposes of determining the number of votes the married couple is entitled to cast

Phillip Hughes - Mr Hughes grew up at The Tuxedo Club, where his parents have been members since the mid-1980s Following his graduation from Quinnipiac University, Phil joined the Club through the Acorn Program in 2007 and transitioned to Legacy Membership in 2023. Phil and his wife, Danielle, reside in Midland Park, New Jersey with their two children, Quinn and Cameron. The family maintains an active presence at the Club. Phil is an avid golfer, Danielle and the children enjoy the pool boating and a wide range of holiday and family events/dining. Phil currently serves on the Golf & Green Committee and has previously contributed to the Membership Committee

Terrance Coughlin - Mr Coughlin has been a member of the Tuxedo Club since 2012 Terry and his wife Glenda reside in Tuxedo Park, NY and have a son, Theo Terry has had numerous CEO / COO roles in the pharma industry and is presently the CoFounder & CEO of Wyntra Pharmaceuticals Terry currently serves as Chair of the House Committee He and his family are active in golf, paddle & squash, and enjoy the pool, boating, dining, and special events

This summer brings a thoughtful enhancement to our Pool dining experience. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays service will shift from lunch to dinner, offering members two additional evenings of dining in a beloved setting Live music will continue to grace Friday evenings at the Golf Clubhouse and Sunday afternoons at the Pool, along with select special occasions throughout the season As always, we kindly encourage members to make reservations in advance whenever possible.

The Women’s 18-Hole and 9-Hole Golf Associations kicked off their respective tournament seasons in early May The teams of Karen Banyo, Emma Mulvaney, & (our own) Corinna Limbocker and Barbara Gendron, Judy Consiglio, Elaine Urciuoli won their respective Shamble and Scramble events to start the season in the winner’s circle
An enthusiastic group of nearly 30 juniors attended our Junior Golf Kick-Off Breakfast and participated in our 11 annual Drive, Chip & Putt Contest Paul Van Nieuwerburgh edged out his younger brother Henry to win 12 & Over age division with a whopping 128 points; Greg Fila won the 8 – 11 age division; and Chris Dowd won the 7 & Under age division after his brother James won the prior two years th
Congratulations to Ashish Malik, who recorded his second-career Hole-In-One on May 17 He achieved this feat on Hole #6 with an 8-iron from 153 yards. th
Lastly, we are happy to introduce two new members of our professional team that join us as PGA Interns from the Professional Golf Management Program at Coastal Carolina University. Trevor Amero & Luc Delorme will work alongside the golf professional staff and receive hands-on training in a wide variety of daily golf operations and member services
Looking ahead, our premiere Men’s Member-Guest, the Men’s Invitational, is just a month away in late June; and the Women’s Summer Member-Guest follows in mid-July We look forward to sharing those results
