ECO DESIGN
PROBLEM Plastic is a one-time material, fast and convenient but hard to break down.Plastic pollution in Taiwan is very serious. Taiwanese use more than two plastic bags a day, spending a total of 18 billion a year! Taiwanese love handmade drinks. Therefore, plastic bags used to put beverages for, accounting for 1.5 billion a year!
IDEA According to the problem, I want to design a product that will replace plastic bags. Such as a reusable bag, but more than a simple bag. It is a combination of reusable bags and accessories.
PROTOTYPE Probe different form and test its function by hands. First, I mimiced another reusable bags in the market. And then, I used Aluminum wire to make different prototypings. Furthermore, I even buy the hand cups to test the feasibility.
MEMORYBAND
SOCAIL DESIGN
PROBLEM In 2016 there are more than 46 million people suffering from dementia around the world, with which one barely recalls anything. Thus dementia causes them facing problems of self-reliance and self-dignity.
CONCEPT Memory drifts with time recording everything meticulous in sequence, like a stream amasses every droplet nearby, even things intangible. Emotion, as it swells and subsides, surely makes a nice addition to our memory. Such kinds of feeling, delectation or melancholy maybe, are common among all the people in the world. How does memory work? Daily experienced would be coded by the brain for several hours in the prefrontal cortex and is called the short-term memory (STM). During night time the brain will act again to turn these coded messages into the hippocampus, where the messages would be categorized and then stored permanently, as long-term memory (LTM). Those who suffer from dementia lose their STM in a short instant, so they can’t remember tasks just at hand. Retrieving anything from the brain might seem to them tough. Now, the Memoryband is here to serve in these sufferers’ favor.
FUNCTION Memoryband, as it is worn on the wrist, works in a manner to retrieve the STM signals. The memoryballs inside record messages by sound and change its colors in accordance with the analysis of voice and semantics. One selected ball could even replay the scenario if a requirement for more information shall present itself. With the aid of it, one would surely deal with its own business appropriately. What’s more, the contents in each ball could be uploaded to one’s family members’ cell phone promptly!

SITUATION Today, under the double-pay family structure, parents are busy so that children spend longer time alone. Families provide more than just food. The relationship between parents and children will affect the child's attachment, thus shape the child's personality and have a major impact on their whole lives.
At the beginning, I used the concept �Transform� in mind mapping to improve creative thinking. And then, I find whisper is a common human behavior to build strong relationship. According to whisper, we could find other focal point such as listening, eye contact, sound cup and see-saw.

IDEA The balance between work and life is the wisdom that people pursue in the lifetime. White light lets people concentrate on work, and yellow light makes people relax. Through the interaction of white and yellow light, various possibilities are created, thus awakening the user's attention to work-life balance.
INTERACTION I used sketches to probe the interaction between yellow and white light.

The white light will turn off. It’s time to take a rest.
COOCARD
SOCAIL DESIGN
PROBLEM Taipei is the capital of Taiwan. Taipei main station combines high speed rail, train, metro and bus. The crowd here is more than 500,000 every day. However, according to the complex traffic flow, people often got lost. Taipei station is like a huge muze. I regarded this as a serious problem because if one person waste one minute in Taipei main station, that will cost overall 1,200,000 EUR pre year!
RESEARCH First, I collected the first-hand data by walking in the station from one place to anothter. To figure out the problems, I conducted a two-hour focus group by inviting 8 persons. After that, I regarded missing in Taipei Station as cognitive overload.
IDEA The story of "Hänsel und Gretel" inspires me the idea of following marks to find the way. And these marks could be seen only when it is necessary. Therefore, I I design by the superposition principle of light.
After simplifying the information, I divided the Taipei station into metro, bus, high speed rail and Taiwan railway. Cooocard has three kinds of red, blue and green color filter papers, each featuring Taiwanese lanterns, Jade Mountain and Formosan Blue Magpie. The user only needs to choose the place they want to reach, and with the guide on the ground, they can reach their destination smoothly.

SITUATION Nowadays, people tend to pay more attention to their health. And SCALE presents the Index of health.
MARKET RESEARCH After researching the scales in the market, new technique bring both the body weight and body fat measurements. Some scales even combine with smart phone apps. The design principles of scales are thin, light and aesthetic．
PROBLEM
IDEA People live in the relationship for the whole life. However,why are the products always separate us from each other? One said, "If you want to go far, go together." That is also an important tip to stay healthy. Because family is not only the smallest but also the most influentive social group, I decided to design a specific scale for family.
PROTOTYPE
W
hen only one person stands on the scale, it will not be measured. In the contrast, the other side sparks the colorful light.
If two persons (or more than two) stand on the
scale, they should touch each other to merge their body resistance into one.
T
he scale presents the sum of body weight by the sum of columns and the average of body fat by the long of a column. And it shows the result of last measurement in the bottom of current measuremet. All data will also display in numbers.

UPWARDS We have been looking at the sky. From the temple's swallowtail ridges, the complex carvings on the wall tops to the gods and people placed on high grounds... By burning paper money, incense sticks or candles. By the smoke, it conveys messages into the heavens, hoping that everything is great.
