Terms And Conditions

TERMS: The terms of sale are cash, cheque or etransfer. Bull must be paid for before animal is transferred. Delivery/pick up instructions will be required at the time of sale. $1000 deposit is required to hold your bull and the remaining must be paid at time of delivery.

DELIVERY: Free delivery will be provided within 300km of Lloydminster at the convenience of the seller. Bulls will be kept free of charge till the buyer needs the bull.

GUARANTEE: Bulls are breeders if they can settle a cow by natural service and pass a semen test by a competent veterinarian. All bulls are guaranteed to pass a semen test before delivery/pick up. Due to different management conditions under which bulls are run, we cannot guarantee the number of cows a bull will settle. Under no circumstances is Running Steady liable for a loss of a bull due to injury or death. Running Steady reserves the right to have the purchaser return any bulls considered non-breeders to their farm or origin for examination. All animals will carry standard breeding guarantee as specified by the applicable Canadian breed Association. At no time shall the seller’s liability exceed the purchased price of the animal.

EXCEPTION TO GUARANTEE: In cases where the animal is subjected to any hormonal or surgical reproduction techniques after the sale, the guarantee shall be null and void. In the cases of bulls, they are guaranteed to breed naturally according to applicable Canadian breed Association guarantee, but no guarantee is given that semen from any bull will freeze.

PURCHASER’S RISK: Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser as soon as sold.

CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRY: The proper Registration paper from the Canadian Angus Association, as the case may be, will be duly transferred and furnished to the buyer for each animal after settlement has been made.

VIEW THE BULLS: We welcome potential buyers to come and tour the bulls at the farm, Lloydminster, Alberta.

When in Lloydminster, off of Highway 16, turn North on 75th Ave and head 8.3 km. The only turn you will make is right when you get to our farm.
