TERMS: The terms of the sale are cash or cheque, payable at par upon receipt following the sale. The right of property shall not pass until after settlement has been made. Each animal sells to the highest bidder.

REGISTRATION: Each animal will carry papers issued by the Canadian Angus Association. A certificate of transfer will be furnished to the buyer for each animal after payment has been made.

HEALTH: All animals in the sale will have met all necessary health requirements, and will have passed a semen test, and breeding soundness evaluation.

GUARANTEE: Each animal becomes the purchaser’s risk immediately after the animal is sold. All animals in this sale will be sold under the terms and guarantees set by the Canadian Angus Association with regard to health, freedom of defects and from both reproductive and genetic unsoundness.

INSURANCE: We strongly recommend that insurance is purchased for full value of the bull.

DELIVERY: Delivery may be available, and should be discussed between the purchaser and seller

Jayde and I once again had a very busy year. We welcomed our second child, Harper into our family. We were also able to add new genetics into the herd in forms of females from WARDS Red Angus, Kenray Ranch and a new walking bull from Six Mile Red Angus. We are extremely thankful to everyone who inquired and purchased genetics in last years sale! Special thanks to : Hillsvale Farming Co for purchasing our 4J and 5J bulls last year and Lawrence Tetreault for purchasing 8J.

We were left shaking our head as to why we didn’t purchase her ourselves when Kenray Ranch sold their mature cow herd in December of 21. When the opportunity came to acquire her again we knew that we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to own her. She has made a significant impact on the angus breed raising the calving ease specialist U2 Retrospect 29E and she is the paternal granddam to MRLA Respect 42G. We are extremely excited to see where she takes our program.
