LOCATION PLAN

In our project, the intention is to be sustainable. In order to achieve this goal, we have worked on several aspects. According to LEED “wastewater management”, the objective is to reduce water waste and encourage water reuse. In our habitat, we have created a system to reuse both grey water and rainwater. This will allow the habitat to be more independent. According to LEED “building reuse” the challenge is to reduce waste and environmental damage related to the manufacture and transportation of materials. In our project the habitat is dismountable, transportable, reusable and the construction last only one day. Therefore, we do not destroy the environment with machines and materials deposited in nature. According to the LEED “reduced parking footprint” the objective is to minimize environmental nuisance, less dependence on the automobile, less land consumption, less rainwater runoff. In our project, we have relocated the parking lot so that the site is not disturbed by environmental nuisances, to be independent from the automobile and finally not to destroy the natural landscape of the site by vehicles.
