New Suqian City – Sustainability for further development 宿迁新发展– 可持续发展 全新城市规划 Suqian, an agent city about undergoing a major transformation to become a 22nd century.

Valuable urban development have been built around the city. To have a landmark that connects the new development together will be the icing on the cake.

This landmark will be the place where the economical activities meet the cultural need and the daily life of Suqian’s people.

Currently, the city – from Luoma Lake harbor to the city park- and the flower farm is the back bone of Suqian’s people everyday life. And in the middle of this framework will be the largest FLOWER MARKET in the region.

The FLOWER MARKET will spread along the main crossroad of the city. This new complex is located at the end of the path, resembling a blossoming flower and it will be a great meeting place for everyone to see the flower. Either it is the starting point of travel this Suqian City or as a relax end of a journey after seeing the flower.

宿迁花卉业 Local flower trading industry has become the backbone of the city and Suqian is now a significant flower and related products trading center for surrounding area. The FLOWER MARKET will seeks to be a vibrant city center, allowing the neighborhood to gather in the FLOWER MARKET during different time of the day. Trading businessman can visit the market during the day time to buy flesh flowers, while housewives can pick up fresh flowers to decorate their homes. The FLOWER MARKET is also a great place for the public over the weekends. Young couples can spend weekends wandering around the FLOWER MARKET and enjoying a nice meal in the city center. Families can spend some time in the FLOWER HOTEL

5 individual buildings comprising of layered outlook create a unique landscape at the edge of the FLOWER MARKET. Shopping mall building together with a cinema and F&B building provide wide variety entertainment for the public while the officer tower will provide support to the merchants in the FLOWER MARKET and other prime office location in the new CBD. Tourists visiting the city can also stay in the hotel facilitating visit to the FLOWER MARKET and nearby tourist attractions.

The FLOWER MARKET will be a great step for the development of Suqian, transforming a traditional flower market to an architecture with iconic value and for public use.

Beijing City / Old Town District This project is located at the east of forbidden city and north of the Wong Fu Jing Main Street. It was a factory came from the word of the first leadership of the republic of china, 毛澤東, and his word “ here will be 4,000 chimneys are set in this city. After 70 years, the fail of the factory and the development of cultural indenture, such as 798 art district and the rest of slimier developments. This one is located in the central old town, next to the old residential, Alley. This kind of factory building is a kind of the historical and cultural symbol of the modern Beijing, an city ruled by five different governments.

Client / Tradition Technology Maintainer Wu Youg is company aim to keep the China traditional fabric making technology, there are including the north, south and the west district. Also, all of their products are custom made. Therefore, the special requirement is they shall service one custom at the one time.

Brief This project is located at the new Zheng Hong

city. It is a city developed for the smart phone assembly factory. There are 8 community center within this city and each center will serve 300,000 peoples.

There is 25,000 sq.m. GFA required for the follow functions: Commercial area, Wet and dry market, Cultural center, office, Community health center, Elderly day-care center, Community service center, Committee office, Retail office, Police station and Sports area.

Beside it, there is no another commercial area in the residential area but some small shop under the towers. This complex is the only one.

HanBo building Over 30 years, this is factory of clothes post-production as a world factory. It is a fabric wrote the history of Chian’s fashion industure. But now, it will be reformed in a school of fashion, not cloth industure. It will be keeped the factor partically.

Hanbo company It is the biggest and oldest cloth post-processing company in China. But due to the new raising low-cost industrial countries, this industrial in China is getting decline. So, as the bigger Cloth company in China, they started the own china fashion industrial a decade age.

The HanBo building is like a opened fabric with write the history of china cloth processing industrial. And, for now, it will become the irrigate fields of the young designers.
