Beijing City / Old Town District This project is located at the east of forbidden city and north of the Wong Fu Jing Main Street. It was a factory came from the word of the first leadership of the republic of china, 毛澤東, and his word “ here will be 4,000 chimneys are set in this city. After 70 years, the fail of the factory and the development of cultural indenture, such as 798 art district and the rest of slimier developments. This one is located in the central old town, next to the old residential, Alley. This kind of factory building is a kind of the historical and cultural symbol of the modern Beijing, an city ruled by five different governments. Client / Tradition Technology Maintainer Wu Youg is company aim to keep the China traditional fabric making technology, there are including the north, south and the west district. Also, all of their products are custom made. Therefore, the special requirement is they shall service one custom at the one time.

Brief This project is located at the new Zheng Hong
city. It is a city developed for the smart phone assembly factory. There are 8 community center within this city and each center will serve 300,000 peoples.
There is 25,000 sq.m. GFA required for the follow functions: Commercial area, Wet and dry market, Cultural center, office, Community health center, Elderly day-care center, Community service center, Committee office, Retail office, Police station and Sports area. Beside it, there is no another commercial area in the residential area but some small shop under the towers. This complex is the only one.
Idea We want to remain the big and contiguous outdoor space as much as possible. Because it is the original leisure space in common China, rather than the street plaza. So we maximize it at the platform, hidden commercial and service system below.

HanBo building Over 30 years, this is factory of clothes post-production as a world factory. It is a fabric wrote the history of Chian’s fashion industure. But now, it will be reformed in a school of fashion, not cloth industure. It will be keeped the factor partically.
Hanbo company It is the biggest and oldest cloth post-processing company in China. But due to the new raising low-cost industrial countries, this industrial in China is getting decline. So, as the bigger Cloth company in China, they started the own china fashion industrial a decade age. The HanBo building is like a opened fabric with write the history of china cloth processing industrial. And, for now, it will become the irrigate fields of the young designers.

Macau Nam Van LRT Station
The phase 1 of terminal station are assembled by one train parking, two maintenance workshop and one office. The office is located at upper part and as a bridge linking those three part.
The concept is a landscape is floating on the Nam Van lake. The train came out from the water and stop under this floating green.

I could find out what is the most important tree overthere, b by Olive tree. i Believe there was a nember of Olive trees in W This timber pavilion is located fornt of a art center, lightbox meusium, in a small town. Due to the art festival in 2009, it is a competition for timber exhibition space design.
As this map showen, Woking and Londo is linked by a cannal. Because of this and the green land for dead to rest, this area was been developed.

The ‘leaf‘ structure is divided into triangulation system and connected by the upper joint. It allow the structure fixed in any form. Therefore, this pavilion design could be relocated and re-design in another form due to the site context.
