Ibelieve myself as a suitable candidate to perform this role as I have a strong vision of successfully leading my company to be the leading experts in the industry. Having said that, there’s still plenty of room for improvement. Companies should continuously upgrade their skills from time to time by attending relevant seminars or talks in order to provide a better service to our clients. I personally hold strong belief in Sun Tzu’s theory that in order to shine among all industry players, we must first understand our competitors. Learning from competitors’ mistakes and observing the hard work behind their success are important if a company wants to strive for better result quality for their clients. Lastly, staying sensitive towards our surroundings and often analyzing the latest trends and patterns is one of the qualities which I define as a good designer.
