The project scope includes the following key interventions:
•Enhancement of interior ventilation to improve air circulation and indoor air quality.
•Upgrading the thermal performance of the building envelope to optimize energy efficiency and indoor comfort.

•Construction of a 3 m² extension to provide additional living space.
•Complete replacement of the sanitary system, ensuring compliance with modern standards and improved functionality.
Industrialised Residential“ Nidos de Huechuraba”

The project consists of an apartment block (one residential unit per floor, for a total of three apartments per block), with a reinforced concrete structure based on double wall panels and slabs with flexible design. The apartments include 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and laundry, Living room – A dining room, and 1 toilet. All concrete elements will be PRE-FABRICATED IN A FACTORY. This system aims to reduce construction TIME and MINIMIZE THE IMPACT on the immediate surroundings

My team and I were involved in the design of this project, which consists of 240 apartments for vulnerable families of the Huechuraba commune. The development features block buildings, with a designated pedestrian and vehicular circulation area running along the perimeter. The construction is scheduled for completion in the second half of 2024.
