I hereby agree for Yu Jen to place the bid on my behalf within my specified maximum bid price and to the following terms and conditions set for the auction. 1. I agree with and adhere to the Yu Jen's Conditions of Business as set out in the full catalogue. 2. I hereby certify that all information provided is true and correct, I authorize Yu Jen to perform necessary credit check with my bank. 3. I agree that, once the auction lot has been successfully won, to pay in full the sum of hammer price and buyer's premium. Buyer's premium is calculated as 18% on the hammer price up and including TWD 10 million; 15% on the hammer price in excess of TWD 10 million up to and including TWD 20 million; 12% on the portion of hammer price in excess of TWD 20 million. 4. Yu Jen will try to purchase the lot or lots of my choice for the lowest possible price, and never more than the specified maximum bid price. Yu Jen will not be held responsible for failure to execute bids. 5. I shall fill out the absentee bid form no later than one day before the auction starts, and pay TWD 50,000 (USD 1,600, HKD 13,000, or RMB 12,000) for the earnest money deposit, and the remaining balance shall be paid to Yu Jen within 10 days after the auction.
