Mr. and Mrs. Ratcliffe wanted to build the dream home on their land. Bitarchitects Team helped them create a design that they desire and outlined everything from concept to Permit. The landscape plants used in this design were chosen based on the trees that are most prevalent in California; the goal was to evoke the feeling of living in California by using palm trees and the idea of touching the water in various sitting areas. In addition to the sitting area where you touch the water, the design also includes small open door platforms for gathering and sitting with a view of the pool.
