Grand Scheme Wines is celebrating a major milestone with the release of their very first sparkling wine, a Blanc de Blancs crafted entirely from organically farmed, estategrown Chardonnay from their Barn House Vineyard in Carneros. Created using the traditional méthode champenoise and finished without dosage, this debut sparkler is a pure expression of the cool-climate site: bright, vibrant, and driven by the natural acidity that defines Carneros. With this release, the winery is expanding their portfolio beyond still wines and marking the next chapter of their organically certified estate vineyard.
