The Whidbey Institute is where leaders and learners of all ages share experiences that connect and inspire. Our mission is to cultivate place, nurture community, and co-create experiences which grow our human capacity for compassionate, courageous action. Our 108 acre campus has been a home for transformative learning since 1972.
