AQUA SET TO SHINE ASTINA GROUP TO BUILD ESQ STAGE 2 With the successful first stage of East Side Quarter (ESQ) now in its final stages of construction, ESQ developer CABE has confirmed continuation with building partner Astina Group for Aqua – Stage 2 of ESQ. Aqua will be positioned next to Stage 1, on the north side of the Panthers Precinct in the heart of Penrith’s Entertainment Quarter. Happy days will be here again very soon and I am guessing it would be nice to check out my crystal ball for what might happen. The biggest issue for the feds of course, apart from closing down Covid-19, is opening up the economy again. As usual the focus will be on long terms jobs and so infrastructure and homes will play a big part. Even the state government are mooting changes to stamp duty to get our industry back into the groove. I encourage you to talk to one of my team about the sort of property you are interested in and decide to decide. Do not decide to wait as this could be an expensive decision. Naturally, I am happy to chat anytime too. We can help you with all finance needs at competitive rates as we do have access to over 40 lenders through our preferred brokers. Lastly, I feel very sad for the facility in Caddens but more so for the people that have passed on and those that are ill. I feel one way or another this could have been handled better and I promise I am not apportioning blame. Any enquiry will illucinate us as to what could have been done better. It is easy to say everyone should have been taken to Nepean Hospital but there is not a medical facility in NSW that does not have its own problem. My condolences to every family that has been affected by Covid-19 no matter where you are. I expect that the rest of 2020 will be brighter for us all as long as we deserve it which means not waiting for others to help us but helping others that need our love. – Phil

Veggie gardens are a popular topic of conversation as we are all spending more time at home and looking for activities the whole family can do together. The message of “homegrown equals healthy� and trying to cut costs on the home budget has inspired people to start digging and get planting. Here are some veggie garden ideas to start your very own. Good quality soil is also essential as this will help your vegetable garden retain nutrients and hold water for long enough to grow. seasonally and when to harvest depending on your location.
