Cajun Cuisine

Finding authentic Cajun and Creole cuisine in Tennessee is getting even easier. Cajun Steamer Bar & Grill is opening its third Middle Tennessee location on Tuesday, March 7, bringing Louisiana hospitality to Hendersonville.

Cajun Steamer is celebrating with a family-friendly Bourbon Street-themed party open to the public from 11 a.m. - 9 p.m. on March 7. The Mardi Gras-style grand opening will feature “Fat Tuesday’’ drink specials all day long, happy hour from 3-6 p.m., live music with The Admiral Phunk Brass Band, and more!

Through live music, a “come as you are” party atmosphere, and authentic Cajun and Creole dishes, Cajun Steamer is creating the ultimate Louisiana experience. The menu focuses on Louisiana-style boils featuring seafood items like fresh boiled crawfish, char-grilled oysters and Gulf shrimp. Additionally, the menu will feature classic New Orleans dishes like crawfish etouffee, shrimp and grits, red beans and rice and beignets to name a few.

“Middle Tennessee has given us such a warm welcome,” shares Gaston Lanaux, President and COO of Cajun Steamer. “We’ve really enjoyed bringing the good times to Franklin and Murfreesboro and can’t wait to give Hendersonville a taste of our authentic Cajun and Creole cuisine. We know our friends here like to party, and we’re hopeful we’ll be rolling into town just in time to celebrate Mardi Gras!”

Cajun Steamer Bar & Grill Hendersonville is located at 185 Indian Lake Boulevard, Hendersonville, and will be open Monday through Thursday from 11 am to 9 pm, Friday and Saturday from 11 am to 10 pm and Sunday from 10 am to 9 pm beginning on March 7.
