Dear Valued customer,

As many of you may know, this has been a big year for us! Not only did we celebrate the opening of our brand new New York City showroom, but we also celebrated Bragard USA’s 35th Anniversary. Thirty five years of dedicated service, trust and most importantly, passion for what we bring to the lives of our respected clientele. As I have the privilege to reflect back on over three decades of operation, I am reminded of the simple goal that my grandfather, Henri Bragard, had when he founded the company in France in 1933. That goal was to offer uniforms that combined the finest available fabrics and innovative designs, resulting in garments of incomparable style, and comfort. I feel very proud that all these years later, our company still exemplifies that goal.

For this year’s catalogue, Bragard USA has the honor to highlight the extraordinary achievements of one very incredible Bragard wearer, Chef José Andrés. Since the tragedy of Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico, Chef José Andrés has undertaken the tremendous feat of bringing desperately needed food to those who were left with practically nothing. He has shown us all that it is not only his duty to serve those in need, it is also a privilege. Bragard follows shares this passion for fight against hunger and would like to honor this compagny, ThinkFoodGroup, and his amazing team in our special editorial.

For the first time, we have asked several exemplorary chefs working in New York City, to pose for our Bragard catalogue. Chefs Eric, Thomas, Diego, Michael, Glenroy, Yuu, Tish and Thomas are chefs who trust Bragard as much as we support them for their hard work. They are all long time Bragard wearers and we thank them for being our ambassadors for this next chapter.

I am happy to announce that our B-everyday line is expanding with two new short sleeved jackets the Alfredo and Jolione, as well as the female jacket

in the line, the Tommie - the female version of our best seller Thomas chef coat.

Also, I would like to introduce our new brand Atelier TB, which offers 100% double-thread organic cotton aprons and calf leather aprons designed and created in France. Atelier TB provides professionals with more than classic performance aprons. The collection’s goal is to offer customization and innovative styles with a unique view to turn a traditional look into a real statement.
