Windmill breaks ground on Stone Abbey Residences Windmill Developments broke ground on a new pipeline of comprehensive, community-focused developments recently, marking the occasion with a small ceremony at Southminster United Church in Old Ottawa South. Flanked by members of the Church, Windmill CEO Jonathan Westeinde was on site to celebrate this important collaboration and the start of construction of the Stone Abbey Residences.
