GREAT SCHOOLS START HERE

Round of applause for High Technology High School in Lincroft, a magnet school that prepares students for STEM careers, which was ranked the No. 1 high school in the state, according to the annual School Performance Reports released by the New Jersey state Department of Education based on data from the 2024–25 school year, including standardized test scores, student test scores over time, overall grades, graduation rates and other factors. Though High Technology is a public school, students need to pass a test to be admitted. It serves around 300 students from Monmouth. In addition, High Technology recorded the second-highest average SAT scores in the state. Other schools with high SAT scores in Monmouth include Biotechnology High School in Freehold, which ranked third in the state; Academy of Allied Health and Science in Neptune, 10th; Communications High School in Wall, 18th; and Marine Academy of Science and Technology in Middletown, 23rd.
