Two Options Offered Rate Option #1
We are pleased to extend a sleeping room rate of $99.00, plus tax. Our current 2012 rack rates range from $119-$139/night, so this represents a big discount for 2013. Rate Option #2 – Includes a Rebate Rebate to help off set meeting room rental ¾ Discounted guestroom rate of $109.00 single/double triple/quad occupancy ¾ The Hilton pays a $10 rebate to Midwest Society for Photographic Education on every consumed room night. Midwest Society for Photographic Education would receive a check within 30 days after the event.
Example - $10.00 x 280 = $2800.00 (This would cover meeting space charges at the Grand Wayne! Concessions x 1/40 complimentary policy x 4– King Deluxe Suites at Group Rate for VIP’s x 2 complimentary room nights for a site inspection, subject to availability Meeting Space at The Grand Wayne Convention Center Your conference would be held at the beautiful Grand Wayne Convention Center. Please see LeeAnn Pollock’s proposal at the Grand Wayne Convention Center The Hilton Fort Wayne is directly connected to the Grand Wayne Convention Center on two levels, providing a seamless flow for attendees. Parking Covered parking is available in the city-owned garage located directly across the street and connected to the hotel via the 3rd floor skywalk. Parking in the covered garage is $7.00 per day.
