Light Filled Transitional Kitchen Renovation

W

hile life is beginning to feel more normal after struggling through the pandemic, one thing these past few years has taught us is the need to be comfortable in our own homes. Home renovations have taken priority over those (often cancelled) vacations and trips, allowing homeowners to reimagine how they want their homes to look, feel, and function. The goal of this kitchen renovation was to transform the space from the 1970s to be more spacious and functional for how we use our homes today. First order of business was to enlarge a barely-there laundry room and to utilize the existing pantry space for the rest of the kitchen.
