VELCO VTR
The Velco VTR-100 is a fresh air vent designed for installation in wooden ventilation hatches. Its thermostat, based on thermal expansion, adjusts the valve opening steplessly between +10°C and -5°C. In colder conditions, even a minimal opening of a few millimeters ensures sufficient and draft-free ventilation. The vent adjusts automatically according to the outdoor temperature— opening less in cold weather and more in warm weather—providing optimal fresh air intake without the need for manual adjustment or repeatedly opening and closing the hatch.
The Velco VTR-100 is an affordable and straightforward solution for improving indoor air quality. Even when the wooden hatch remains closed during winter, fresh replacement air flows into the home.
Fresh air can be filtered using the Aero filter fabric, which attaches to the insect screen. This prevents pollen, road dust, and fine particles from entering the home.
