Employee of the Month: Availability

You were nominated for exemplifying the character core of Availability because of your willingness to help others when they need it. What does availability mean to you?

To me, availability signifies the ability to assist people whenever they are looking for support. I am readily available to respond and aid anyone who requests my assistance. When people reach out for help, I strive to provide the best possible assistance or direct them to the necessary resources to address their questions.

How long have you been working at Variety Care?

I have been with Variety Care since January of 2021.

What do you hope your coworkers learn from you?

What I hope that my coworkers learn from me is having a strong work ethic and being able to be adaptable in various situations.

What are some things you love about working for Variety Care?

Some things that I love about Variety Care is the ability to reach out to people in the company and they will try and assist/help you anyway that they can. It is a team environment that works together to grow together.

What is the most interesting thing about your work at Variety Care?

The most interesting thing is that I get to help develop workflows utilized by the staff, which helps with streamlining tasks to make their jobs more manageable.

How does the work you do impact you personally?

Personally, it impacts my growing and learning daily. I feel like I am always learning something new and growing my knowledge within my role.

How does it feel to be recognized as Employee of the Month?

It feels like a great accomplishment. I am so thankful to be working here, and I love my job.

What has been the most rewarding part of your job?

Hearing positivity from staff about the things we train on is helpful with their day-to-day.

Tell us about your family. I have been married for 10 years to my husband. We have three boys - Kyren, 10, Jaxton 7, and Copelan 2. We are always busy with all their sporting activities but love to spend any free time playing outside.
