Lot 13. Sir Elton John’s Signed & Concert-Played Yamaha Motif 8 Keyboard. Elton John’s concert-played Yamaha Motif ES8 keyboard. A top-ofthe-line 88-key synthesizer at the time of production in 2004, the keyboard traveled with Sir Elton for nearly a decade. This ES8 was used live and on the road, and Elton John himself played this keyboard at events. When it was retired from touring, Elton signed the top in black felt pen, “Elton John.” The keyboard measures approximately 57.5”x18” and exhibits minor surface scuffs and wear from use. A hard shell Gator case is included.
