The Angels in the Details The Season Events IT WOULD BE hard to imagine working tirelessly and tending to the details on the most important day of your life, your wedding day. Most folks would probably be up before the sunrise, anxiously awaiting the moment that’s been so long in planning. The excitement is palpable, nervous smiles and jokes about cold feet are bandied about as the afternoon draws near. While many are only just rising for the daily cup of Joe, it’s a safe bet the wedding party is already busy.

While the bridal party applies their makeup, and fusses with hair and gowns, the groom and his party are probably trying to kill the nerves before the big stroll. It helps to have a trustworthy hand, hurrying to place the last of the centerpieces, arrange the last few chairs or fire up the kitchen. For any large event, it falls on the shoulders of those involved to make sure it goes off without a hitch (or with one in this case). Bringing together the dreams of the newlyweds, and crafting them into a reality, can be massive undertaking. Mak-

ing wedding arrangements is often a herculean labor of love for both family and friends, and Holly Lynch of The Season Events (300 Glenn Milner Blvd., Rome) works hard to help ease the pressure and allow friends and loved ones more time to enjoy the big day. Lynch, co-owner and founder, works closely with business partner Ray Harris and the team to treat every event as if it were their own wedding. “We are very family-oriented as a staff, and we aim to treat our clients as an extension of our family. We want them, at the end of the day, to feel incredibly loved throughout the event and through our service,” says Lynch.
