Preamble • Love all racquets sports and think we should all promote each other • Tennis is the best professionally played sport in the history of sport • Pickleball is the greatest social phenomenon in the history of sport • No interest in cannibalizing either or any other rackets sports
• We’re hitting tennis strokes on a pickleball court to get ex-tennis players playing racket sports again • We’ll grow the racket sports marketplace, and do for pickleball facility what snowboarding did for ski resorts • We’ll get ex-tennis players back, and many will migrate back to tennis
• Every time anyone plays TYPTI, they play better Tennis and Pickleball after • It’s the best way to start kids playing tennis that I’ve ever encountered
History Of TYPTI • 25 years ago, I pitched ITF, ATP, USTA, WTA – the need for a companion sport • Said in 20 years, we’ll lose 10’s of 1000’s of courts to short court sports o Last slide said, “Don’t Make Me Say I Told You So” ▪ Got laughed out of every meeting I was in • 7200 sq ft, 22 Degrees North - too big for scale in dense population centers
• Per USTA, Pickleball has now taken over 30,000 tennis courts in the US • Apple just launched data showing Pickleball passed Tennis in participation
• Pickleball Players are playing an average of 90 versus 81 in tennis • Heart Rates are still higher in Tennis, but less people playing less tennis

• Built custom rackets • Put rackets in 100’s of hands and stress tested a new game for 18 months • Eventually came up with the perfect marriage of racket and ball • We tried every rule and scoring methodology conceivable

Professional Events Holder • $250,000 Prize Money – ATP 250 meets Cincinnati Open of TYPTI – Sponsors, Grounds Passes, Ticket Sales, Municipal Support, etc. Limited number of sanctions which have historically created large asset value. The best players from all over country and world will likely play these events. • $500,000 Prize Money – Indian Wells meets Aussie Open if Tennis also had a Super Bowl … of TYPTI – Sponsors, Grounds Passes, Tickets, Suites, Significant Hospitality, Entertainment, etc. Massive Events with likely only be (4) of these sanctions created. There will also likely be a healthy number of regional tournaments and events leading up to these.
Professional Events Holder The Super Bowl - $1,000,000 Prize Money – the Super Bowl meets Kentucky Derby meets Indy 500 of TYPTI – There will likely only be one and it will likely be a yearend Championship. The entire tournament calendar will lead into it. Massive publicity and exposure. It will be where the industry holds annual meetings and aggregates. It will be the most prize money, the most ranking points and most revelry. A significant cultural event.
