Our Roadways to Retirement program delivers a powerful combination of administration, technology, and investments. We partner with financial intermediaries to unite and combine resources that acilitate sales and marketing with many aspects of the program branded around the intermediary. We’ve taken the services commonly seen only in the large plan marketplace and brought them to employers of all sizes. The Trustee or Advisor provides local, on-site support, including participant education, investment revie and fiduciary services, meetings ith company management, and helps the plan sponsor pursue ERISA 404(c). Participants have different goals and risk tolerances at various stages in their life, so why treat them all the same? ATArchitect® is the next generation solution for participants. The ATArchitect® is a proprietary, sustainable retirement strategy that automatically and systematically understands financial needs of a participant, tracks progress, and (re)allocates funds to the best path. It ad usts the allocation bet een five allocation unds based on personal characteristics, ATBlueprint® calculations, and current market conditions. ATArchitect® will automatically reallocate investments to the most appropriate fund when necessary.
