Formed in 2000, the Upstate South Carolina Alliance is a public/private regional economic development organization representing 10 counties in the northwest corner of South Carolina. Our mission: to establish Upstate South Carolina as a unified and innovative economic region; market the Upstate for global business investment and talent attraction; foster public-private collaboration and regional relationships; and move ideas into action.
