The discount applies only to titles published by UN Publications and does not include titles published by specialized agencies, funds and programmes.

Payment
Academic Review Copies
We accept all standard methods of payment, including credit and debit cards, cheques, money orders and wire transfers. To set up an account, please contact Customer Service.
UN Publications is pleased to provide academic review copies of any title in our catalogue at a 50% discount off the list price and free shipping. You may purchase up to five review copies per year. Please contact Customer Service to order.
Returns
If you decide to adopt the title as a course textbook, a refund may be claimed for the review copy purchased. To request a refund, please contact Customer Service.
Returns are permitted for books purchased directly from UN Publications under the following conditions: 1. Account holders: books must be returned no later than one year from date of invoice. 2. All other customers: books must be returned no later than 60 days from date of invoice. 4. For full credit, a copy of the invoice must be enclosed with returns. Returns without invoice will be credited at 40% of the list price. 5. CD-ROMs, posters and other non-book merchandise are non-returnable. 6. All items must be returned at customer’s expense. To ensure receipt, all returns must be shipped via traceable means. UN Publications is not responsible for lost shipments.

8. Books purchased from other sources will be discarded and no credit will be issued. 9. A refund cheque for any orders paid by cheque or money order will be issued upon request. Credit and debit card purchases will be refunded to the same card. Returns from account holders will be credited to their account.
Claims All claims for shortages or damaged items must be made within 30 days of order date. Claims regarding payments and non-receipt of orders must be made within 30 days of receipt of statement.
