We're Shining the Spotlight on You! Meet Julie Sundermann of Raleigh Julie, a member since 2018, describes UNC-TV as thoughtful, measured and fascinating. She fondly recalls an episode of Nature on UNC-TV about hippos and how they navigate their watery environment, despite their inability to swim. Although a dietician by trade, she says her husband does 90% of the cooking. In her free time, she loves playing with her dog, reading, hiking and jogging—and she would love to learn carpentry. Her favorite travel spot is Yellowstone National Park and seeings herds of bison in its beautiful valleys. Given Julie's passions, it's clear why she loves UNC-TV. We're her everything station!
