GeoFORCEAlaska

A four year geoscience program for rural high school students at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Each summer, students come to the UAF campus for a few days of learning about what they are going to visit in the field that summer, then they travel to amazing places to study the geology there with hands-on projects. Highlights of the four summer academies include Denali National Park, the Grand Canyon, Mt. St. Helens and Yellowstone National Park.
