Candied Nuts
1 egg white 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 2 Tbsp. brown sugar 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar 1 (8.75-oz.) container of mixed salted nuts
Directions 1. Preheat oven to 300° F/148° C. Place the Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim on a baking sheet or a cold oven rack for transferring to oven. 2. Combine ingredients in medium bowl and stir until evenly coated. 3. Spread nut mixture over the Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim. 4. Bake 30 minutes, stirring nut mixture halfway through.
