Apple Cake
1 (14-oz.) can apple pie filling or 2-3 apples, peeled cored and sliced ¼ cup brown sugar ½ tsp. cinnamon 1 egg ⅔ cup flour ⅔ cup sugar ⅔ cup milk 1 tsp. oil 2 tsp. baking powder Directions 1. Pour apple pie filling or sliced apples in the MicroPro Grill. 2. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over apples. 3. In a medium bowl, mix together remaining ingredients, pour over apple mixture 4. Place cover in CASSEROLE position and microwave on high power 15 minutes. Serve warm.
