to the award-winning Northlight Theatre and the Skokie Valley Symphony Orchestra. The two-theater complex designed by architect Graham Gund opened in 1996. “Skokie’s diverse and eclectic entertainment venues appeal to all types of audiences and draw patrons from throughout the Chicagoland area, thanks in part to its prime North Shore location bordering Chicago and immediately adjacent to the Edens Expressway,” Pauken says. “We’re thrilled to be a part of such a vibrant community with such diverse tastes.” NSCPAS hosts 175,000 annually for hundreds of events including entertainers Chris Isaacs, the Irish Rovers, Pink Floyd, Bob Newhardt, Queen Latifah, Bill Maher, the Joffrey Ballet, River North and Hubbard Street dance companies and a variety of local cultural and civics performances and events including college 
