n 2025, now that many milestone inspection reports have been completed and the structural integrity reserve study (SIRS) data is in, condominium associations are taking a close look at all of the information, and boards are asking themselves, “How do we plan for and execute these maintenance and restoration projects?” What must be fixed, and who has to fix it?
